I’m Frances Rodriguez, a passionate Paramedical PMU Artist with a mission to help my clients feel confident and comfortable in their own skin. I specialize in fine line tattoos and paramedical tattooing, including scar camouflage, inkless stretchmark revision, and areola blush. With over three years of experience in permanent makeup and two years focusing on paramedical and fine line tattooing, I’ve dedicated my craft to creating transformative results.
Beyond providing services, I’m passionate about educating others. Through TheraHue Academy, I offer comprehensive training courses, including scar camouflage (introductory and advanced), tiny tattoos, ombré brows, and lip blush, designed to empower aspiring artists.
